Barracuda - Web Filter

The Barracuda Web Filter is designed to enforce organizational Internet usage policies through content filtering, application blocking, and best-of-breed spyware protection. It also facilitates automatic removal of spyware from previously infected Windows PC’s with the integrated Barracuda Spyware Removal Tool.

The Barracuda Web Filter protects organizations of all sizes. The entry level model 210 handles over 100 concurrent users. The largest model 910 handles approximately 4,500 concurrent users. These specifications are not limits of the system, but are the recommended capacity.

The Barracuda Web Filter 210 is suitable for companies with up to 100 concurrent users. This unit has a maximum throughput of  5mb/sec.

The Barracuda Web Filter 310 is suitable for companies with up to 200 concurrent users. This unit has a maximum throughput of  10mb/sec. Web caching is now available with a 10 Gb capacity. Also available on this upwards, is Ethernet Bypass Hardware functionilty
