This two day instructor led training course introduces students on how to implement and deploy Cyberoam UTM firewalls, with emphasis on configuring firewall rules, IDP policies, anti-virus & anti-spam policies, access policies, manage & filter internet traffic, internet access rules, creating management reports and troubleshooting.

  1. One installation day will be provided for each vendor product per order, and excludes reseller installations (including, but not limited to, NFR and Demo products)
  2. Only one installation day will be provided per end-user within a 12 month period
  3. Orders involving hardware for multiple site installations will only receive a single installation day, with any additional days required for other sites to be charged at e92plus technical service daily rate
  4. Installation days must be booked and/or approved within 7 days of placing the order with e92plus, and taken within 30 days of placing the Purchase Order, or the day will be withdrawn
  5. e92plus reserve the right to change the installation date provided, with a reasonable notice provided
  6. Installation sites must be within the UK mainland, additional charges may apply for sites outside of this
  7. Renewals, subsequent or additional products purchased will be exempt from the installation day offer, although additional installation days can be purchased at the e92plus technical services daily rate
  8. All installations must be scoped with an e92plus engineer before installation dates are agreed
  9. Only the first day installation will be included at no cost, any additional days required will be charged at e92plus technical service daily rate
  10. If the installation or requirements require more than one day of professional services, the reseller will be advised during the scoping procedure. Any additional days will not be carried out until a PO has been received for these services
  11. Specific products will be exempt from this offer, including but not limited to:
    i. Websense Data Security Suite products
    ii. Websense Hosted products
    iii. Vasco aXsGUARD Identifier products
    iv. BarracudaWare
    v. Cyberoam CR15i, CR25ia and CR35ia series appliances (telephone and remote assistance only is provided)
    vi. NComputing
    vii. WinMagic when less than 50 users
    viii. Avira when less than 200 users
    ix. Barracuda 1xx and 2xx series appliances
    Please check with your e92plus account manager, prior to purchase.
  12. Any reasonable expenses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation required) incurred as part of the installation will be recharged to the reseller at the e92plus cost
  13. The installation day runs from 9.00am to 5.00pm, excluding reasonable travel to and from the installation site. Where over time or out of hours installation is required, or for sites where an overnight stay may be required, additional expenses may be applicable
  14. The installation day can only be used for the installation of the product purchased, and for the end user that the product is intended for
  15. The installation day is not mandatory, and is provided as part of the service provided by e92plus, and may not be exchanged for any other product, service or monetary alternative
  16. e92plus reserve the right to amend or withdraw this service at any time
  17. e92plus shall not be liable to the customer or to anyone else for any loss or damage of data, equipment or property, loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings whatsoever or howsoever caused (and whether or not caused by negligence), arising directly or indirectly in connection with this service
  18. The offer is at the discretion of the e92plus Technical Manager, whose decision is final
